Legal terms and conditions for Unregistry domain registration and partnership services
By accessing or using Unregistry's services, including but not limited to domain registration, API access, registrar portals, and Web3 domain services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms") and all applicable laws and regulations.
If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you may not use our services. These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User", "Customer", "Partner") and Unregistry ("we", "us", "our", "Company").
Unregistry provides the following services:
Our services are provided "as is" and we reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any service at any time with reasonable notice.
To use our services, you must be at least 18 years old and have the legal capacity to enter into contracts. If you are registering on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have the authority to bind that entity.
You must provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration and keep this information updated. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.
Registrars, resellers and DNS providers must meet the following requirements:
Domain registrations are processed on a first-come, first-served basis. Registration is complete only upon payment confirmation and our acceptance of your application.

Domain registration does not guarantee specific performance or outcomes. We reserve the right to refuse registration for domains that violate these terms or applicable laws.

All fees are due in advance and non-refundable except as specified in our refund policy. Prices are subject to change with 30 days notice for existing customers.
We accept:
Late payments may result in service suspension and additional fees. Domains may be subject to deletion if payment is not received within the grace period.
Domains must be renewed before expiration to maintain registration. We offer auto-renewal services but do not guarantee renewal success if payment fails.
Expired domains enter a 30-day grace period during which renewal is still possible at standard rates. After the grace period, domains may be deleted and become available for registration by others.
Some domains may enter a redemption period with higher restoration fees. This period varies by TLD and is not guaranteed to be available.
Domain transfers require proper authorization from the current registrant. Transfer authorization codes (EPP codes) must be obtained through proper channels.
Transfers may be restricted or denied for:
.u Web3 domains can be transferred instantly through blockchain operations. Traditional domain transfer processes do not apply to NFT-based domains.
Domain name disputes may be subject to the Uniform Domain-Name Dispute-Resolution Policy (UDRP) or similar arbitration procedures. We will comply with final decisions from approved arbitration providers.
We reserve the right to suspend or transfer domains subject to valid court orders, law enforcement requests, or legitimate intellectual property claims.
Service disputes should first be addressed through our support channels. Unresolved disputes may be subject to binding arbitration as specified below.
Unregistry retains all rights to our trademarks, service marks, logos, and proprietary technology. You may not use our intellectual property without written permission.
You retain rights to your domain registrations and content, subject to these Terms. We do not claim ownership of your registered domains or associated content.
We respond to valid intellectual property infringement claims and may suspend domains pending resolution of legitimate disputes.
Our services are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not warrant uninterrupted service, error-free operation, or specific performance levels.
Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount paid by you for services in the 12 months preceding the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
We are not liable for delays or failures due to circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including natural disasters, government actions, or Internet infrastructure failures.
You may terminate your account at any time, but fees paid are generally non-refundable. Domain registrations continue until their natural expiration unless transferred.
We may suspend or terminate accounts for violations of these Terms, non-payment, or legal compliance requirements. Termination may result in domain deletion.
Upon termination, your right to use our services ceases immediately. Certain provisions of these Terms survive termination, including payment obligations and liability limitations.
We may update these Terms periodically to reflect changes in our services or legal requirements. Material changes will be communicated with at least 30 days notice.
Continued use of our services after changes become effective constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms. If you disagree with changes, you may terminate your account.
These Terms are governed by the laws of [Jurisdiction], without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes will be resolved through binding arbitration, except for intellectual property claims which may be brought in appropriate courts.
