1. Domain Registration Rules
Eligibility Requirements
- Registrants must provide accurate and complete contact information
- All registrants must be of legal age in their jurisdiction
- Corporate entities must provide valid business registration details
- Contact information must be kept current throughout the registration period
Domain Name Standards
- Domain names must comply with RFC standards and ICANN policies
- Minimum length: 2 characters (excluding TLD)
- Maximum length: 63 characters (excluding TLD)
- Allowed characters: a-z, 0-9, and hyphens (not at beginning or end)
- International Domain Names (IDN) supported where registry allows

Domain registrations are subject to real-time availability and registry policies. Completed registrations cannot be reversed without meeting specific cancellation criteria outlined in our refund policy.
2. Prohibited Domain Uses
The following activities are strictly prohibited and may result in domain suspension or termination:
Illegal Activities
Domains cannot be used for any illegal activities including but not limited to fraud, money laundering, drug trafficking, or violation of applicable laws.
Intellectual Property Infringement
Domains that infringe on trademarks, copyrights, or other intellectual property rights are prohibited and subject to takedown.
Malicious Content
Distribution of malware, viruses, phishing attempts, or any other malicious software or content is strictly forbidden.
Spam and Abuse
Domains used for sending spam, unsolicited communications, or abusive behavior towards others are not permitted.
Adult Content (Restricted TLDs)
Adult content is prohibited on certain TLDs and must comply with local laws and registry-specific policies where allowed.
Hate Speech
Content promoting hate speech, discrimination, violence, or harassment based on race, religion, gender, or other protected characteristics.
3. Registry-Specific Policies
Each top-level domain (TLD) may have specific registration policies and requirements:
- Country Code TLDs (ccTLDs): May require local presence or specific documentation
- Restricted Generic TLDs: May have industry or use-case specific requirements
- Premium Domains: Subject to additional fees and specific terms
- New gTLDs: May have sunrise periods, trademark claims, or other special policies
4. Domain Renewal and Expiration
Renewal Policies
- Domains must be renewed before expiration to maintain registration
- Renewal notices are sent 60, 30, and 7 days before expiration
- Auto-renewal can be enabled to prevent accidental expiration
- Renewal fees are non-refundable once processed
Grace Periods
- Renewal Grace Period: 45 days after expiration for most TLDs
- Redemption Grace Period: 30 days after renewal grace period
- Pending Delete: 5 days before domain becomes available for registration
Domain Recovery
Expired domains may be recoverable during grace periods for additional fees. Contact support immediately if your domain has expired to explore recovery options.
5. Transfer Policies
- Domains must be at least 60 days old before transfer (ICANN rule)
- Valid authorization code (EPP code) required from current registrar
- Domain must be unlocked at current registrar before transfer
- Registrant contact information must be accurate and accessible
- Transfers typically complete within 5-7 days
- Transfers extend registration by one additional year
6. WHOIS Privacy Protection
Privacy protection services are available for eligible domains:
- Replaces public contact information with proxy details
- Not available for all TLDs due to registry restrictions
- May be disabled for legal or policy enforcement purposes
- Subject to additional fees where offered
- Legitimate inquiries are forwarded to registrant
7. DNS Management
- Name servers can be changed through registrant control panel
- DNS changes may take up to 48 hours to propagate globally
- We provide free DNS hosting with basic record types
- Advanced DNS features available through premium plans
- DNSSEC support available for compatible TLDs
8. Dispute Resolution
UDRP (Uniform Domain-Name Dispute-Resolution Policy)
Domain name disputes may be resolved through ICANN's UDRP process for:
- Trademark infringement claims
- Bad faith registration and use
- Confusingly similar domain names
Internal Dispute Process
For non-UDRP matters, we provide internal dispute resolution for:
- Registration errors and technical issues
- Billing disputes
- Service-related complaints
- Policy violation reports
9. Compliance and Enforcement
We actively monitor and enforce compliance with our policies:
- Regular audits of domain usage and compliance
- Automated systems for detecting policy violations
- Cooperation with law enforcement and legal authorities
- Participation in industry anti-abuse initiatives
- Transparent reporting of enforcement actions
10. Policy Updates
These policies may be updated to reflect:

- User feedback and operational improvements
Significant policy changes will be communicated to registrants with at least 30 days notice.
